Trump keeps saying he "inherited a mess"? How would he have felt about becoming president in 2009? The man often seems to have difficulty distinguishing between fantasy and reality. That said, I hope he does great things over the next four years for all of our sakes.
I wouldn't consider the mess today any less than it was 8 years ago. Different certainly. Heck I think all of us Democrat or Republican have to honestly say how much of a Mess our government is and has been.

The USA is currently experiencing one it's longest economic expansions ever and it does not appear to be ending anytime soon. The financial crises of 2008 caused by far the worst reccesion since the Great Depression of the 1930's. Boy...pretty tough to figure out when our when our country was in worse shape

Agreed. I flip back and forth between fox and msnbc and cnn on election nights, debate nights, and its as if they all watched a different debate. Honestly, even npr isnt neutral. I can stomach local news on nbc because its just the facts. Pretty much.
