You could also check around for a local fur buyer or trapper. You may not get much out of them, especially of you don't skin them out but sometimes they will work a deal with you.

Bring them to your local fur buyer. I have heard of people getting anywhere from $40-$70 on the carcass in my area this year.

saw where someone was eating mountain lion. reportedly in china folks raise dogs as food. seems Coyote would be in there somewhere. particularly if it was feeding off venison or other good chow....
Yotes will scavenge and on rare occasion get a decent meal. Not good eats. Bait as the man said. Mtn Lions on the other hand will go after the top shelf live game and are really supposed to be good eatin...or so I hear.
