    1 size to big.
    Thinnest sock possible.
    Boot blankets.
Chemical hand warmer in each boot.
Maybe one in the boot blanket.

Only thing that works for me.

    Hope this helps?

I use a couple of boots depending on the conditions. Mucks are the go to on cold wet hunt.

Last year, I tried on the Lacrosse Aeroheads, and then a slightly more expensive pair of Mucks. Then I tried and bought a pair Irish Setter "Rut Masters"..... it wasn't even close.

For comfort and warmth I use the Muck Arctic Pros. I highly recommend them. Waterproof as well

I have a pair of alphaburly's Like em alot got them when the first came out. They've been worn out patched up they look like they have been through a war. I have layered rubber with gorilla glue over the cracks in the sides of them it works been wearing them boots in the woods for years and I hunt alot.Fixing things is what I do.This year decided to replace them with some Grubb's timberline just like the Muck's but with a Vibram sole.I ordered them from on line being how Im forty minutes from the city. That was a mistake rubed the heel just good for yard work is it.You want a huntin boot stick with Lacrosse.I just wish the company would have stayed in the states the rubber was alot better back then used a natural rubber thats hard to beat.

I would definitely go with La Crosse, I've had the same pair for 4 seasons now, the outside is all worn out and faded but the inside is just as warm as the day I got them (800g)

I like my aeroheads a lot. I did just order the muck arctic pros and looking forward to trying them out. Muck was selling all there boots at 50% off at the end of December on there website with free shipping. I ordered those and my daughter a pair of woman style bootS.

Lacrosse . I do not think muck supports hunting. At least that what I herd. I like to support brands that give back to hunting.

Thats a good point. I was looking at these and they're not expensive, around $30 from what I saw.

Thank you guys for all of the input! That's why I love this forum!

I'm tapping the breaks a bit on the boots. I want to go try them on again along with a couple other boots like the irishsetter rutmasters or whatever they're called. Most of the boots should be on sale for a little while with hunting season ending pretty quick so hoping to find a good deal. Thanks again fellas and I will update when I make the decision.
