Awesome work guys! Top three is pretty great! I was out Saturday and saw three nice bucks, including one big 8 I've got pictures of. Hoping to get back out there this weekend. Good luck! Sent from my HTC6545LVW using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I'm starting to feel much better now after that spider bite so hoping to get out this weekend. I also have 10 days off from dec. 23 - jan 2 so i'm hoping to get a few sits in during that time. Hopefully i can get us 50 more points.
Well we bought a newer Tahoe but it won't be ready until Saturday. Leaving me without the means of getting back down. It could be that my year is complete but don't rule me out yet. I have to retrieve my Muddy hang on and sticks at some point. And I plan on sitting in it first. I may try This Sunday when my Tahoe is here
So I'm sitting in Houston, coffee at IHOP watching this cold front come in, I will be back to KY next week, feeling the need to contribute. Great job guys but we're not done, plenty of points still out there, me. I'm also throwing the idea of keeping this team together for next year. I hope I qualify!
If you have a texas license with public hunting tag, you can join me this saturday at my spot in newton. That's where i got my 133" buck. I have a climber stand and a ground blind so you're welcome to use one or the other. Coldest day of the year so far will be this saturday.
Couldn't get a bow I tried, folks out of town and Houston Archery did not have demos or loaners. Good luck on today's sit, I'm betting you bring home a doe. Really appreciated the invite, let's try again soon.
Sounds good to me. I'm planning on sitting a few times between Christmas and new years. I have 10 days off last couple of weeks in the year. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
It's a beautiful day to be in a tree. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Didn't see anything. I think one winded me in the early morning because I heard one doing a warning weeze and run in the opposite direction as me. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I'm headed north next week, I'll bring my bow back in case I don't see Anything, maybe we can take another shot.
i'm off from the 24th - 2nd. Any day during that time, i'm game to go out. keep in mind that where i go, the terrain is a bit rough at the start where i park. It's an area that loggers took a bunch of trees and left it a mess with branches and ruts in the ground but after the first 75 yards or so, it clears up nicely which is where i sit. I like it because noone else wants to deal with it so i feel like it's my own personal piece of land.
Alright I checked out the sight today, put some corn down and Sat for a bit, did not see anything, tomorrow is another day. Sent from my XT1585 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
