I highly recommend the big Cabelas one. I have hauled out a lot of deer from way back on public with that thing. Very stable and not plastic wheels. I had a hub blow on out on a plastic ameristep wheeled cart years ago about 1.5 miles back. Not good when you have to leave your deer and come back with another cart.
I personally like the plastic mag style wheels. Have had it about 10 years now. A raised handle makes a huge difference to keep it balanced without having to bend over the whole time. Some of the best money I ever spent. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
We rolled the rubber off of my game cart wheels getting an elk of the mountain. Took three guys to keep it from rolling sideways down the rocky terrain.. but it did it. I doubt plastic wheels would have handled it.... but this is more challenging terrain than most.

Make one with PVC pipe, mountain bike wheels, and a sheet of vinyl fabric. Works just as good, far cheaper, and lighter.
It doesn't fold down, but I used a poly Gorilla garden car this year. Loved it. I made a rack for it to help haul stands in, then mostly left it chained to a tree about 3/4 of the way in to my stand area. Of course the day I shot mine I was hunting a different area so I had to go get it; but either way it got the job done well. Unlike most deer carts, it's very handy taking things in and out. Added bonus was I could hook it up to it and tow behind my bike if I wanted to. Only real negative is its a bit wide so if you're in the thick stuff it's tricky. And it's bulky in the back of the truck. Usually around $120, but I got mine at Lowes on clearance last year for like $60...and for those that have to clear expenses through the Boss; you can tell her "it's for the garden"...
I have this one made by Guide Gear. I have owned it for over 5 years now. Works really well. It stays in my truck bed all year long. I chain and lock it in the truck bed when I go hunt.
