Good job guys, I haven't been able to go yet but should be able to this weekend. This drought is really hurting us down here. Plots have been in the ground for a while but no rain to make them grow
Awesome job guys... nothing good to report here.. the rut is heating up but only small bucks on the move around the stand... I'll be back at it in the am
I didn't get to make my weekend trip to my property, but congratulations to the both of you guys! Hopefully my chance will come walking by...
Congrats on the bucks guys! Sorry I've been completely mia on here. Was focused on getting my collar bone healed up from the break. Shot a New York stud. I'll get him taped and scored in the morning
I scored my buck last night 98 1/8. I need to get my pictures and score loaded to the score card. been busy each night trimming up the meat and cutting steaks. Ill make a point of getting it done tonight.
Just a heads up, on his left side you are missing 2 H measurements. Get 4 per side regardless of points. On yours, take a measurement halfway between his G2 and the MB tip. Call that H3 and H4. Congrats!
I put a tape to my buck last night real quick looks like he is gonna just push 125" I'll post it as soon as I have time this week. I'm still out chasing a big boy
I seen this guy on the hoof through the binoculars the Tuesday morning i arrived 2 weeks ago so i know he is still around.. He got the nick name of scraps because he looks like a scrapper with the torn up ears. Looking forward to hunting him the weekend after thanksgiving.. I am not giving up yet!!
Ok guys he's is posted scored a little better than I thought http://forums.bowhunting.com/1297989-post192.html
Guys I shot a buck last afternoon and the shot was high but stuck in the deer. I had good blood with bubbles for about 400 yards then it ran out and got dark. It ran to a residential area to homeowners I don't know. I found no beds. I believe it's single lung and am unsure if the shots fatal. I plan to look again after work today.
