Broashe ads to use for low poundage

I'm shooting 45-50 lbs and j was wondering what the best broadhead would be to use. It would be nice if it was decently inexpensive.

 

Something in 2 blade and fixed. Magnus makes some decent ones.

Definitely a fixed head. I shoot 50lbs due to an injury and shot a doe last Thursday and my arrow was sticking in the ground past the deer. I shoot Solid broadheads, which are 4 blades (2 main blades, small bleeder blades). They do not fit your inexpensive requirement though. They did perform excellently though. Magnus makes good heads, and they have great customer service.

Cut on contact... not a chisel point or a needle point. You will want one that starts cutting when it hits. I use 125 gr Snuffers SS and index the blades with the fletching. Heavy broadheads will give better results. Magnus makes very good blades and warranty them if you damage it. (I finally bent one, and know of no other company who will replace a damaged blade.) SHARP! is key.

 

No, indexing not needed. That's along the lines of yeti or a Bigfoot. Tune !!!

 

any decent COC Fixed blade
I've used Magnus Stinger buzzcutt 4 blades when I was using an older slower bow

lots of guys have experience with lots of good fixed blades so you'll hear 50 different answers and they might all be right.

I'll will say I like my Magnus heads and they have a lifetime warranty if you damage one, Magnus will just mail you a new one.
If I were to buy a new fixed head for myself I would get the magnus black hornets

I have been using Helix brand 2 blade single bevel heads. The penetration is amazing.

 

Definitely go with a cut on contact fixed blade.

I pull 52 lbs and my preference for that poundage is cut on contact.
