Back Yard Hunting?

    Most likely the only issue would be Safety Zones. If you have permission from the neighbor, the Safety Zone only pertains to other buildings that you don't have permission from.

    If you hit him and he goes onto another property can't you call the game warden and they are able to go onto the other property to retrieve the deer

    Not in Wisconsin. You have to have permission from the land owner other wise it's trespassing.

    Not in PA. About 7 or 8 years ago I had permission on a small piece of property down the road. I shot a buck and it was a little back, I think liver and one lung. Anyway, it ran on to the neighbors property. She refused to let me track it, insisting I was going to shoot her dog (she was nuts). I called the PGC and they said there was nothing they could do. Even though that place is loaded with deer I have never been back, it is not worth it.

    Good luck, but definitely consider where that deer will run after you shoot it.

    Yes, hunt him if it is legal!!!!! I do lots of c=residential close proximity hunts. The deer feel comfortable.
