Alright Rizzo. Getting the pump primed again. No OT for me this week so hopefully I'll be out Tues and Thurs. It's gonna be warmer but not but I'm shooting for a doe.

Thank you sir. the moon was so bright I didn't need a light to get to the stand. I think I bumped something on the way in but there was no way around it from where this stand is. I haven't seen anything so far but it's getting prime time if they stick to the camera schedule.....we will see.

Good luck Brad! My deer entered on scorecard.

No hunting for me again (most likely) until 10/29. I'm off that entire week to hunt some public land that seems to get more and more popular every year with other hunters. Kinda bummed though as my neighbor/hunting partner is backing out of the trip as he is worried about his AFib (atrial fibrillation). Worst part is that I now have to tent that week versus staying in comfort in his RV trailer!! Actually, the only reason I went out hunting last night was to decompress from him telling me that he's backing out of the trip.

Got the gun on point for the boy and am thinking about doing an evening hunt for tomorrow since that buck seems to keep coming in just a little before the sun sets. He's a smart one, and I like the chess game... but it's just so freaking hot still.

I know I am just an honorary member now, but I thought I would share these from my friend's farm. I am excited because up until this card pull we didn't have a shooter on camera. I apologize for the pics, he texted me pics from the card viewer last night.

Coop, you're still a member, you were just put on the injured list. Those are definitely worth getting excited over.

Thanks guys. If I knew my arm was going to heal enough I could hunt I never would have quit (hindsight 20/20). I have only been out once but I am excited about the rest of the season in PA and OH. I will continue to root for you all and follow the progress, still in first place, once you guys drop a couple bucks you will really pull ahead :) .

I'm in the tree, winds good, got blown at on the bottom side on the way in but hopefully that won't affect himy because he will be coming from the top if he sticks to his routine. Maybe today is the day because gun season opens up Saturday.

First morning hunt of the year for me in Wisconsin this thursday. Cold front has me excited.

Great combo of cold weather and high pressure should have deer moving.
