You don't want your fletchings hitting anything, try rotating your nock till the fletchings have clearance.
What kind of a bow is it? On some of my older bows the guide rod for the cables had a bend in it so you could move them over a little if it was needed. At any rate, you don't want any kind of fletching contact (unless you are shooting a whisker biscuit) with your cables or rest.
I would try adjusting the guide rod a little too. On my PSE Vision I can adjust the cables to the side quite a bit. Just loosen the set screw and rotate the guide rod in the direction you need.
