Has anyone with a 2015 Covert Blackhawk been able to successfully download the new firmware? I've noticed the directions that Covert sent don't really follow along with my Blackhawks layout... Going to call them tomorrow but figured id ask here first.
Don't do it.... I did it, and my camera started taking black pics... Sent it back and got it back fixed. Worked 18 hours and quit triggering. Brought it home, and it won't power up. Sending back tomorrow for a replacement....
How difficult was the return process? I bought my camera off ebay so not sure if they will honor any warranties.
No worries. I sent a Covert cam back to them and explained that I bought it from Amazon and didn't have my receipt. They took great care of the issue! Great Customer Support!!
