That'd be pretty sweet. Hunt for your enjoyment. Shoot what makes you happy. Don't pass anything up for us. We support you whether you shoot a 180" or a yearling doe. Have fun and enjoy your time in the outdoors!

I don't let the contest change the way I hunt. I'm happy with whatever fills a tag.

Here is the map, best guessing now, of where my buddy was talking about today. I've got my pack set up to carry my scope so hopefully I can watch him bed down and put a sneak on him.

Remember guys, For the contest its only the first buck you shoot can be scored and entered into the contest. Any additional buck will only be 50 points even it it scores more. So make sure your first one is the biggest LOL:nana:

went today to pick up a new dozen arrows of the Easton Bloodlines.... no dice... only had 400 shafts. So after 15 mintues of *****ing and looking at every other arrow. I walked out with a dozen Carbon express piledrivers.. I got home at a decent time tonight and was able to readjust my sight and put a new sight tape on it since they are a little heavier then the bloodlines. had a decent grouping at 60yds. very pleased with them.

hey guys, Turkish checking in. I hunt public land only in MN, my bow specs are in my signature. I can take 2 deer, but only one can be a buck. Where I hunt there is a 4 point on one side APR, so the bucks tend to be a little better in size. My season starts September 17th. I usually start the season with my kids coming out with me (5 & 7) so I don't start hunting hard until the end of October. I am fine with any team name.

Hey guys KentuckyBuck checking in. Name is Jesse , from southeast Kentucky. I will be hunting mostly private land with some public. Look forward to this season. Archery season opens up here in 2 weeks, plan to be out there opening morning with my thermocell, ha. Excited to get to know others that share same passion I have. Always loved hunting but no one in family ever went, fishing family which isn't a problem. Started about 3 years ago, took first archery buck last year. So I am ready to get going! I get on here quite often just don't think to come to this thread, but will Lords will to stay in touch.

I'll be hunting in the 300 zone also. I usually take a week off and head down to Whitewater around Halloween.

I am going to try this year. I got to get a fluid head and external mic still, but planning on attempting it.

I've got all the stuff to do it but if it's anything like last year I didn't really take the gear out much. Don't really know why just didn't seem to bother with it. Hoping this year start filming little more other wise I'll have some stuff to get rid of ha.

I'm in the same boat. I like to hunt light also so doing self-filmed hunts and carrying an extra bag of gear doesn't interest me. It's tough to find someone who wants to put in the effort of getting up early and be in someone else's stand to film and not hunt.

I'd get a GoPro and harness. I probably won't get to the BHOD level
