Does anyone know of any pro shop that carries Stan releases? I'm in Central KY and going to Nashville, Louisville, or lexington is a regular thing for me. So driving that far to try one is not an issue. I just don't want to order one and find out that I'd rather have a 4 finger over a 3 or need a XL over a L. I'd end up paying double just in shipping. I looked at Stan's site and there isn't a dealer locator. Thanks Y'all.

They have a contact us section on the website. Just message them and ask for the closet few dealers to you.

Just talked to someone at Copper John. She couldn't find anything. They are working on putting up a dealer locator on their website. They are also getting their reps out, trying to build clientele of dealers. She gave me a Reps number for the KY area. She said he might be able to meet me at a shop with some samples to try. Thanks y'all. I'll post back with what i find.

Just talked to Jonathan. He's gonna meet me at the local shop in a couple weeks with samples. Nice guy, he's adjusting his schedule so we can meet after work.

I bought mine from the AT classifieds and got it almost 50% off.

Still want to hold them in my hand and shoot with it. Hate to buy one and not like it, at any price. I also believe the warranty isn't transferable.

Not a Stan but if you can try a Scott Exxus. They are not cheap but feel really good in the hand.

I was told they run kinda small. They were my first choice, I shoot scott now and its been a solid release. I'll have to give them try. I was interested in the Longhorn also. Seemed like a safe way to learn how to use a Back Tension release and then get rid of the wrist strap. Which is one of the reasons I want a Thumb release.
