    Ok I'm going to post some pics of the build in my shop of my buddy's tournament boat. Were completly changing everything, all fabrication and welding was done by us. Enjoy!

    this is what it started as! He bought it from another of our friends and tourney team mate!

    We removed the light rails, and cut out the lower deck and started fabbing the new flush deck frame

    New deck has a hatch with bow rack inside and will house the drivers for the 200 watt led's

    The start of the light rails, getting the angles cut to fit perfect was quite the challenge!

    Comming along nicely, needs vertical supports, light mounting tabs, and round tube around top edge to protect reel string when fish are on! Aluminum cup holders installed

    Fabbing of the fold down 2 nd console. This is for the joy stick that controls the 9.9 kicker motor for trolling

    Jordan had the idea of cutting out the fiberglass live well in front of the primary console, fabbing an aluminum tray and mounting 3 battery's in it. There now out of the way and centered in boat. 4 bank onboard charger installed as well

    We cut a lot of cardboard and used pins for pivots before we built the Jack plate for 9.9 kicker motor. We're getting 13" of lift from it to get kicker out of water when running big motor

    Making the mounting bracket for the hydrolic unit that runs the Jack plate! I welded this with a mig but it looks like it's been tig welded, yes I'm proud!

    We got the unit mounted, we also cut out a section of rear seat and installed a waaay bigger fuel cell! 31 gallon .We can do long runs now without carrying extra gas containers
