Welp, we finished our third showing of the weekend about an hour ago. Now, the agonizing wait for an offer. Fingers crossed. We might have found another house that we would be interested in and this one includes a shop and more land. I took my oldest out to relocate my deer in case we sell the house, and unfortunately, half of the skull fell apart.
What city do u live in? How long did it take for u to start getting people wanting to look at your house? Our market in Sartell is really hot and the inventory is low so that's why we are building and hope ours goes fast. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I live just outside of Elko. This is the 5th showing we've had and the house has been on the market about 3 month. It's hard to tell how the Markey is because there is a bunch of new construction, but nothing bigger than a 4 bed (ours is listed as a 6).
Have u heard an offers yet? We got ours listed yesterday and already have 5 showings scheduled, I'm shocked how fast things are happening here. I guess I'll know if we get any offers soon, we have 2 today and a couple more Sunday. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Got some feedback from our showings this last weekend. One said that there was too much space and one said it was overpriced. Still haven't heard from the third one, so there's still hope. The 4 bedroom house that we wanted went under contract a couple of days ago, so we might be back to square one if we don't like this other house. I guess that's the benefit to not needing, but wanting, to sell our house.
Shot my bow today for the first time since I harvested my deer. Got a little rust on me. Should be applying for tags middle of next month.
