At least the kids are clean however poor their parents taste in clothing might be. That is more then I can say for a lot of children I see, many look disheveled, unwashed and poorly kept just like their parents.
The top two look like hipster parents dressed them. Bottom picture looks like your normal bad decision. Nothing like that around here. A lot of athletic pants and tshirts.
My sister still lives in NOLA and I've never seen my niece dressed like that. Nor have I ever seen it up here.
Kids out here are either in church clothes, normal clothes or dressed like cowboys. For quite a few, cowboy clothes are church clothes and normal clothes.
I beg to differ on the cig burning.. I know half the punk running around my neck of the woods all have dips in there lips
I turned in a coworker to child protection services, he had pictures of his daughter online wearing a Teddy Bridgewater vikings jersey. That is no way to dress a child.
For all the flack the south catches, Making a Murderer has opened my eyes to one thing.... Trashy people in the South are WAAAAY less annoying than trashy people in the North. LOL As for the original post, yeah I saw a ton of toddlers dressed to that trend in Birmingham. I think it's a upper middle class southern thing. I see zero of that in Anchorage.
That's the way I cut my wrangler's up. All the rednecks at the bonfire want some now. And yes, kids do wear those in"the south ". Not mine, they are 11 and 9 but I've seen it. Usually on kids who's mothers live on the golf course or their daddy works for the bank , but it does happen.
