I spent the afternoon helping my brother move today. He's about 20 miles east of me now and I saw a bunch of deer in the cut corn fields before dusk. His land backs against a power line clear-cut then cornfields. I'll be keeping an eye on I this spring. Sent from my 0PJA2 using Tapatalk
Sounds good. I bought a new mattress today and got the ok to purchase another string in the spring. I like the Bow String Depot strings, so that's likely where I'll go.
The way I had my bow set up on the four wheeler wore the strings out more than I would have thought. Carrying my set up over to next year will definitely keep the strings healthier longer.

If only I had a doe tag at my cabin yet I would think about getting out this weekend. But I only have one for public lands around home
During gun season yes but you don't see too many people out now because it has been so cold. It's more of me not scouting deer patterns this late in the season so I would really have to get lucky. At the cabin we have food plots that some deer are still using. I'm going to the cabin this weekend but we will be ice fishing all weekend

Hey guys today is the last day of the contest. It has been a pleasure and we almost won the whole thing! This upcoming season will be a little different for me as I'd like to announce my girlfriend is due August 15th. Thanks to everyone that contributed in conversation and time spent in the woods.
