I like the idea of cellular trail cams. I run way too many cams for them to replace my whole fleet, but I can think of some places I'd like to be able to set it and forget it for a long time without intruding into the area once a month.

Correct, but I am assuming if you select a monthly plan that it automatically renews every month. Did you see a way to suspend that renewal? I guess ideally I would only run those cams 7-8 months out of the year.

I did not. And, to be honest, it may have been the ones that Justin and Todd are using instead of the Covert that I was looking at when I read that.

If you want to cancel the plan you just have to call them or email them.

I emailed Covert and asked. They said you can log into your account and suspend your plan when the camera is not in use.

Scheels in Rochester, MN had the Code Blacks for $249. I bought 2 of the 3 they had today. They sold me the floor model for $225 :)

Blackhawks are on Ebay right now for around $300, I know Covert is having issues right now with their Verizon wireless service and the Blackhawk.

Covert just came out with an app for their wireless camera users this past weekend. App allows you to view photos, change camera settings, and even allows test photos to be taken. Seems like they may have resolved their Verizon issue..
