i was praying he's make it through another gun season. he did this pic was taken right behind my hunting shack. deer / coyote carcasses are in a pile 20 yards from him. he's 6.5 years old here. hope he gets a bit bigger next year.
heck yeah!!. I have been wanting to shoot him last year and this year but he has other plans he's a cagey bugger and very seldom get daylight pics of him.
Great looking buck but his body doesn't look like a 6 + year old. He looks younger but I would shot him in a heartbeat. good luck in 2016.
your correct. he does'nt look like a 6 year old. here he is at 4.5 and 5.5. i'm gonna quit posting on the "how old is he threads". unless you know the deer, there is no way to tell. and everyone quesses 3-4 anyway
Very cool buck. Looks like he hasn't regressed any at all to this point so maybe he will add some more bone next year.
