I did  Watch the bloopers when I told him he can come shoot the other one. Pretty sure you can see his blood pressure rising.

Pretty sure he'll be the one crying next year when there's no deer to hunt on his farm because he decimated the 3 year old buck population. :bhod:

With that big of a body as a button imagine what the rack on that ol boy would have looked like. He had potential!! But hey its worth it for the experience that young man had button head or not. :tu:

One button blood trailing another. Jack cancels out said curse. :tu:

Last time I shot a button, one week later I shot a P&Y 8 pt.

.... perhaps I need to shoot another nubber :busted:

You should have shot that one a couple weeks ago, Fitz!

You made that boy's day, Justin. He'll never forget it. You were pumped up and it was in the moment.

It was all for the kids experience. He will never forget it. Plus the dragging is easy and eating is good.

I wouldnt have thought twice with that little guy sitting next to me in that blind. Good job Justin, you made that kids day, week, month and year. I understand the management aspect and try to practice it myself but there is a point when it can be selfish in a way. imo. You werent out there for you.

They were probably gay anyway (not that there's anything wrong with that), so no potential to ever reproduce. :dan:

Hmmm after watching the footage it's pretty obvious with camera, but I'm sure with naked eye at low light, and in the hunt with the kid, where one could make that mistake...I would certainly give that new Halon 6 away now...its cursed...you'll be fine if you give it away...let me know if you need my address. ;)

Hi Justin, don't let Todd get to ya, and don't beat yourself up about it, anyone who knows you and tommy and who have been following the show knows you don't just go around shooting button bucks, yes it's not ideal but at the end of the day it's still legal, it's meat in the freezer and tommy's son jack had an experience of a lifetime. It's hunting and accidents happen.. I don't think your cursed buddy

I just watched the episode again and noticed that Justin still referred to the deer in as "her" after the recovery even though you guys knew it was a button buck. Good thing good ol' Todd is around to keep Bowhunt or Die a pure and REAL show. Todd Graf The Legend, keepin' it real.

Sometimes when you see a button buck you can tell looking at the skull, but sometimes they are good at hiding the buttons. Button bucks sometimes can equal the size of the doe as well. I wouldn't be feel bad about shooting one esp when I know I have a ton of different bucks cruising my area. Not every buck will grow to be a BOONER !!! Remember hunting is supposed to be fun !!! If a spike or forkhorn makes someone happy than let em be happy !!!!

Todd has the best eye wear in the game, I can see why he wild think this inexcusable. He can probably see the nubs before they drop in may!
