I live in a fairly populated area, with not alot of deer seen in the past. My wife just called and said she almost hit a 6-pointer that bolted out into the road in a spot where I have never seen a deer in either direction, and there are fields for a good distance. I told her the way my luck is going, she shoud have hit it, and I would have tagged it. Ha ha. Maybe things are looking up. I will be in a stand in about 3 hours!

1st 1 1/2 year old I've seen all year. Little 5 point. I struggled with it, but luckily he was about 42 yards and all I eeally wanted was to see midday movement. I just hope he doesn't come back in about 2 hours. With each different deer sighting I will extend my sit an hour.1pm it is

Brother just had a buck chase a doe 15 yards away while he was headed in, didn't have an arrow knocked or we would have some more meat right now.

Im home.. I hope things pick up soon. No chase going on to speak of.. no dead deer on the side of the road.. heck we hardly even see many deer driving at night.
