    NC is getting old. This is my favorite day of year to hunt and I'm back at my truck before 9. Not sure if I'll go out this after noon

    Not always. If they are 50 yds upwind and a buck scent checks them from 25yds downwind the buck is a 25yd chipshot from the stand.

    Live decoys are awesome, but it can be a bit of a burden as well. Usually when in have some bed near me I soon have to sneeze or cough :lol:

    Buck closing in. Needed to enter my shooting lane. Headed that way then locked up and bolted. Most likely a thermal. Had him at 20. No shot.

    Ok question for everyone past two days deer have used trail that is about 60 yards from me

    Don't forget to adjust your alarms for in the morning. Need to set them an hour earlier than they are now or you'll be running an hour behind if your clock/phone automatically adjusts itself for DSL.
