I picked up a new piece of property that was only 2.9 acres but it was well worth it. Good spot that the bucks liked to pass through on their way cruising. In little over a week I had 7 different bucks come through with one 11 pt that came through more then once including during daylight hours in the afternoon. Well on Tuesday, October 20th I had him come through on cam at 06:08 pm. Forward to Tuesday, October 27th with a full moon I just knew I had to be on stand that afternoon. All my biggest bucks have come on the full moon. Well anyways I got on the stand about 3:40 pm and waited. About 5:45 pm he decided to come through and stopped at one of my tink's mock scrapes 20 yards away and check it out again. That is when I sent my killzone right into him. He ran off about 60-65 yards and crumbled to the ground. Yeah I admit it I went nuts as I always do. Well anyways enough of my story so here he is. (Note: Taxidermist told me I suck at pics and did the buck a injustice) 148 gross Off to the taxidermist. Picture with my Son Cole aka the frog slayer.
Id be tickled pink w that buck. Congrats! And another proof story that sometimes it doesnt matter the size of the property
Congrats Tony that is a great buck! He is going to look good on your wall. By the way tell the F***ING PROFESSIONAL nice color coordination there
Fitz can you look at my entry with the youtube video and make sure it's ok. I pointed the camera at my bow but said license. I still get damn excited when I kill a deer.
Congrat's again T but your taxidermist takes some crappy pictures of his deer also. He shouldn't be schooling people on picture taking.lol
