They flew left because your bow is out of tune....and quite badly out of tune if they are flying 6 inches from fieldpoints. You need to make very small rest adjustments until your fps and bhs are hitting the same. Then set your sights
UPDATE: After French Tuning I have got the problem fixed! It was a very minor adjustment but the practice head is flying great now! CMONSTA I would definetly get on YouTube and check out "Broadhead Tuning" , "French Tuning" and "Step Back Tuning" videos. I know it goes against conventional wisdom or the tale of "sight your broadhead in" but it works and NEEDS to be done FIXED head or MECHANICAL. Ill post the links to the videos I watched below.. No, I shoot a whisker biscuit and it doesn't adjust up and down on my bow. Once I got the sight and rest aligned left to right I had to adjust the elevation with my sight.

Yes all is good in my hood. The WB I guess could move a little but it would be by pivoting on the screw that attaches it to the bow. It doesn't a rail that it would move straight up and down on. When I got done making a small correction I stepped back to 20 yds (which is one distance that I WAS having an issue at) and both the FP and BH were grouping together

Just so you understand you weren't adjusting the elevation of the arrow leaving the bow by adjusting the sight, you were adjusting where it impacted on the target. I think you got lucky the BH and FP were the correct elevation. You often need to make an elevation correction at the bow to bring them together, whether it be the rest or a nock point change. Adjusting the sight wouldn't bring the groups together.

I hear what your saying. I am new to French Tuning, it could have been luck but I shot many times and it stayed consistent so as long as that continues and the BH and FP continue flying identical I will take it haha. I just wanted to have confidence in my bow going into the woods this weekend and thanks to BJ and you others for teaching me to check the center shot it appears that I have cured my problem. Will know more for sure today (if I have time to shoot) when I step back 10 more to see if the BH and FP continue to group.. Fingers crossed! I will update and let yall know so those that are reading and learning to tune this way will know if the consistency continues. Thanks again!
I have been telling every bow hunter I know at work haha. Not all are listening to me and think I am crazy but ... their loss! haha.
French tuning ensures your center shot and sight are aligned, but you often need to do other tuning to set your nock height. But it sounds like you are good to go, so no worries .
id ignore those practice heads. they dont fly anything like the real heads. id test the real heads over practice heads. that way you know how the actuall heads fly
