I'm going Saturday to pull trail cams and prep stand locations. So far this year I have not had anything worth chasing show up but it has been 5 weeks since my last pull, so I am hoping that something promising shows up this time. Anyone else pulling cards this weekend?

This is the best one I've got so far on camera this year he might go 115 But I always get a few late comers as this area I hunt is a natural funnel between two streets that run north south so the deer HAVE to travel through it and I've had anywhere from 5-15 different bucks come through during the season...last year it was 12...6 so far this year.

Is anyone heading out this weekend to scout and check cameras if you have them out? I'm heading out to a lease I have in New York this weekend to check a camera I hung in June. This will be the first time I hunt another state other than New Hampshire for deer so I'm pumped to see what's on camera.

Got several stands hung yesterday on a few different properties, trails look like roads through one of the setups, can't wait till the nuts start falling to get in there and sit. Hunted thursday night and had a fun time, saw 8-10 deer including two very nice but young 9 points. this full moon is not helping at the moment but it will be gone soon. Headed to New Mexico in a week to chase elk and black bear. First time going out there so I am pumped up to say the least!
