Just got back from a weekend at our cabin. Checked on my 3 food plots and they have all germinated and are starting to come up nicely (planted 2 weeks ago).

I also put up three tree stands this weekend. I need to go back and trim them out but then I should be good to go. I moved my camera's around this weekend so hopefully I can start getting some pictures of bucks.

Definitely!!! I'd pass on him for sure to see what happens. I didn't use to have that type of patience but after the one I shot in 2013 I can wait on the up-and-comers now.

Camera angle and extending my arms makes it look huge but the Unofficial Gross Score was 144". I would like to get it officially scored for P&Y but hard to find the time. My best deer by far. Taken in 2013

I was just curious about our last member to check in so I did a search on here. Unless there are 2 "almightynut" on here he is alreay part of last year's winners HONOVI HUNTERS. Anybody else with an idea on this?

Bowhunter_IL_BT is you're replacement for almighty. He accidentally signed up even though he's a returning champ :tu:

I PM'd Bowhunter to let him know to check in.

I thought the exact same thing with my 140" deer. I never had any idea that I would top him. When I did it was at my in-laws 10 acre piece in the suburbs. Who'da thought that. I blew the 140 away and did it with a bow. My biggest 2 are with a bow. My 135" I killed with a gun. My wife's exact words were "go get one so we can get something on the wall".
