One of my Ga Hitlist bucks, we call him midnight. This is the first picture we have gotten of him in 3 years during the daylight and he's showing up every day, needless to say I'm pretty pumped about this guy.
Checking in. I will be hunting South Dakota and Minnesota this year. I have a couple decent bucks on cam but SD is big country and its a chess match getting close. We will see how the season plays out.
Checking in. I'm hunting in western Kentucky on private and public land. I've seen some decent bucks in my area but nothing on camera...yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Checking in. Hunting in central Kansas. Food plots are looking great and got all the treestands out this weekend. Trailcams have shown mostly all does and fawns but this is how it is every year. Not a lot of pics of bucks until later in the season. Then they roll in for our ladies. 27 days and counting until opening day here.
Checking in from Southern NY. Coming off best year ever shot a 140 inch buck last year in my own back yard only 40 minutes away from the city .I'm a suburban bowhunter plenty of deer around also plenty of people though .watching two nice 8 pointers this year so far one is gunna be close to 125 one is close to 115 both big deer for my area .Until November I only hunt weekends because of football season but lucky for me we usually end beginning of November at the perfect time for the rut from then on I hunt every day after school .good luck to everyone this year
Ngabowhunter checking in, got a few pics of bucks on my property. Also hunt public land all around the house here in north ga. Looking forward to this year. Hunt near Dawsonville Ga. I will try to get a pic or two up soon.
Daryl what part of south ga you hunt, I use to hunt Dooley co. There on the flint river years ago. On the WMA it was awesome back in the day. They use to have a 2 week bow hunt the first 2 weeks of nov. during the rut.
We had a lease about 2 years ago that was loaded with hogs, no hogs on the new leases though. We have some pretty decent bucks this year. Tons of persimmons and peanuts in the fields. Hoping for a good season
Checking in. I hunt about a thousand acres of private ground in Iowa. I own a couple of hunting farms that I will be putting fall plots in very soon. EHD hit us hard a few years ago but from the looks of my cameras so far this year, we are back in business. The deer have been pounding the alfalfa all summer and we have had lots of rain. Should be a great season.
Checking in. In a couple of weeks I'll be headed to Montana for my first elk hunt. Then back to PA for some whitetail - private and public. Most of my vacation time will be used up for the Montana trip but I'll still be hunting whitetail as much as I can. Will post some pics up later.
Good luck on the elk hunt! I almost went to Colorado this year to chase elk but ended up deciding on a deer hunt instead
Thanks. Not sure what I'm doing but have always wanted to live out West. So I'm using this as an excuse to get out there and check it out. No idea on the team name.
We could do something simple like Whitetail Freaks, I have trouble naming a dog much less a hunting team haha
Broadhead Bombers... I can't name anything either. Kinda gives me a visual of a World War II bomber carpet bombing with broadheads. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
