So I am looking to replace my current sight only because it really is not bright enough to do any indoor shooting with out turning on the light. I don't understand this as I can shoot outside until dusk with out an issue but when I am shooting indoors in a well lit area, there is no brightness at all!

Anyways, I have it rounded down to the Trophy Ridge react 5, CBE sniper pro 5 pin, and the Field Logic IQ micro 5 pin. I am interested in your thoughts on the 3 please. What you like, dislike about them. I am just looking for a little input as I am stuck between these 3.

What I do like it are the pins that are the "wire" looking (the CBE and IQ) compared to the flat pins (Trophy Ridge), if that makes any sense. I had issues with a previous sight that had the flat pins, but if I didn't have that pin sitting perfectly flat when I adjusted it the pin would interfere with my sight.

All of my sights have always had different colored pins. I noticed on the Trophy Ridge that their pins are green, green, red, green, green. Does that lack of color change make it a little more difficult picking out certain pins without to do much thinking?

I don't think the pin color is bad. Green is by far the best color. I'd never by a sight that had yellow pins again.

I will second the IQ. I started using one last year and really liked it. I have the 5 pin version.

Thanks for the offer on the sight but I am a lefty.

I'm not concerned about the pin color as I do find green to be one of the brighter colors but I concerned about 4 of the 5 pins being the same color.

Those of you that use an IQ sight, do you feel as though the retina lock on the top if the sight takes up too much of your sight picture?

    IQ - made in China
Trophy Ride - Made in China
    CBE - Made in USA.

    Easy choice of those 3.

FWIW I have an IQ and had to send it back 3 times to get one that didn't have issues.
1st one - Out of the box, pins would not slide up/down. Turns out it had a broken frame (from new?).
2nd one - Mysterious rattled developed after 3 months.
3rd one - Still in the box, pins not in a vertical line up/down.

I knew it was made in China but for $150 I thought if would be ok. I ended paying return shipping 3 times. I asked for a prepaid mailing label for the 3rd time.......NOPE. I will never buy another.

The retina lock does not take up too much of the sight picture. Very little, does not impede anything.

I do not agree green is the best color, not for everybody at least. I agree about yellow being bad, but I have had issues with green getting lost in bright sunlight as well. I really prefer red over any other color.

If for some reason I decide to get rid of my HHA and go back to multi pins, I'll be buying a CBE. They look like a great sight

I am sure it has to do with each person individual eyes and preferences. Red to me is hard to see in bright light.

To me a green lighted nock is much easier to see then a red in bright conditions. Same can be said for my illuminated reticle scopes. I use green during the day and switch to red as light starts to fade.

Had a IQ 7pin which I thought was a great sight no complaints with the sight itself just 7pin was a little cluster for me. . (still have it and wanting to sell if anyone is interested)
Now I have a CBE Tek hybrid pro. Love this sight. Have 3 pins for my hunting scenario then can adjust it out for practicing at farther distances.
Don't think you could go wrong with either company

Maybe I should have came up with a more gender specific name for here...this lady hunts too!

In all reality, I only want/need a 4 pin site but it's difficult to find a 4 pin that I like. The last 2 sights I bought, I just removed one of the 5 pins.

I am leaning toward the CBE but the idea behind the IQ is something I feel like I could benefit from. I am still fairly new to archery (although not to hunting) and I still fight with a using a "proper" grip every time.
