This is great. You are an awesome friend. I would much rather donate my money to something like this than all those charities you hear about where a small fraction of your dollar actually goes to the cause. 10-20 bucks (or more) will go a long ways guys if enough people pitch in. coloelk, people on fieldandstream.com question the legitimacy of this, and rightfully so. Nowadays people will stoop to any level to pull of a scam. Is it possible to get some concrete info on Courtney like her last name and maybe a news article of the accident? If that's too personal I understand but raising 12k is a lot of money and maybe more info needs to come out to confirm the story to get people comfortable donating. On the gofunds page it says there are no refunds and only donate to people you know and trust so a scam is possible although I believe you to be sincere. I totally understand people having questions. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I am trying to find a link to the many news stories about the accident at the time. Having trouble finding anything since it was 11 years ago. Her name is Courtney Ferrall.
