Saturday looks good, but Sunday we're expecting 3-7" of snow. Should be a fun season finale!

 

Looks like we finished up in 3rd place. It's been a great time folks, thanks!

 

Awesome season everybody! Congrats to everybody that had success and to those of us that didn't...we'll get em next year.

 

It was a lot of fun...great bunch of guys (and gal) to be on a team with

 

I can't open results to see official totals...bit we were so close!

Thanks for being so welcoming to a newbie like myself. It has been great being on an active team like this!

 

I'm really kicking myself for not putting in more effort. I hate it that we had such a great team and were so very close to winning. This is the second year in a row a team I was on was in the top three or four. I couldn't do any more last year but I should have pulled the trigger on one of the bucks I let walk this year. Might have made the difference though I don't know what the final scores were. Would of had to have been very close if I'd have hammered one of my hit listers.

Thanks for being such great team mates you all, I'm proud of you all.

Thanks Coop, I guess one of my hit listers would have had to have been over 200", lol. I guess we'd have had to have had one ~160" buck and a doe or a couple of 120" bucks would have done it.

 

Yeah I thought yesterday a couple does and one average buck would have done it. No sense in "what if's though" it was a lot of fun. I wish that let the top 3 keep their teams because I can't imagine a better group to team up with.

 

I thought the same thing about top three.

I'm checking the forum every 15 minutes to see if the contest has been posted! I checked cams for the first time on Friday, so I'm all jacked up to get started.

 

I'm ready, even though I didn't contribute a deer. Hopefully a change in luck this year!

I've got a few young bucks hanging around, but this dude got my attention for sure. Pic from a month ago.

 

I'm signed up. Putting cameras out this weekend. Thanks all for my (great) first year in this. Made me look forward to my second! Hopefully a few of us will remain on the same team!

 

So, my little brother, who is stationed in Germany, got drawn for AZ muley and buffalo tags. The turd only had 2 bonus points for each, so his odds of getting one tag were miniscule. Now we're waiting to see if he got archery or rifle, so I can make plans to get out there with him. I was supposed to head out there next month for my dad's antelope hunt, but buffalo would be a once in a lifetime experience.

 

Awesome for your brother! Is he going to be able to get leave for it? What a great gift to himself.
