I watched it. They threw out some decent plot twists in that mid season finale. I'm anxious to see the ATOM suit.

Yeah Green Arrow is a DC character. *SPOILER ALERT* Don't read any further if you don't want any possible spoilers! No way are they going to kill off the show's main lead character permanently. The league of shadows has a way of resurrecting dead characters (Lazarus pit) or he may not be actually dead. I knew when Oliver laid out his imagined event time line that he'd go, do the deed and come back...that he wasn't going to win. I think I would have told the league what happened and let them have Thea and Merlin, lol.

One of my biggest gripes about the show is they get awfully unrealistic about lethality of archery equipment and recovery times for people getting stabbed, shot and taking arrows to the chest, for all these characters to be un-super-powered.

I'm ready for the new episodes to start up again. My personal guess is that the whole fight including his death is a flash forward. He is actually sizing up the situation. It will flash back to real time and Ollie will choose to not take a weapon and fight bare handed instead. Just a guess. Nothing more.
