Hands down one of the coolest experiences of my life. Watched this big cat come down a ridge and bed down for 1.5 hours at about 350 yards. I'll never forget this.. ..., And the reason I hunt. I love the feeling of being truly humbled by my surroundings. This country is so overwhelmingly big that it is totally impossible to put it into words. This stuff truly haunts me.
I have said the same thing many times on this and many other formats. The most simple explanation for "why I hunt." Seeing these further emphasizes just how pathetic my picture taking drive and skills are. I just hunted for 10 days in Idaho and only took about 50 pix and 20 short videos. I suck. These pics are awesome.
I have to always remind myself to take pictures. I keep my camera in one of my waist belt pockets so it's always accessible. I just have a cheaper Panasonic. I would love to get a nice camera someday soon. Yeah it was. The whole experience floored me. They act just like a house cat.... Or is it the other way around?
Awesome pictures man... It's been surreal living a few miles down the road from you the past few weeks and seeing the grown man's playground at your disposal. Amazing country around here!
