Buck ID

    Other than the obvious, what is the best and quickest way to identify a buck from a doe right after they shed and prior to the nubs growing out?

    The size and body shape, especially after a buck turns 2.

    Same way I identify a button buck when his nubs aren't so obvious. They have a football shaped face and head compared to a doe which is more slender and long. Also body can indicate
