The HHA is arguably the best single pin site on the market. The pins are bright and the sight is quality made. I currently however shoot the Spot-Hogg Fast Eddie with dual pins and large ring.
I have the HHA Optimizer Lite, it is hands down the best sight I've used to date. The Spot Hoggs are also fantastic, but I agree, HHA has the best single pins on the market, and it's handled my abuse. I shoot 5 days a week, and I travel all over the state, plus I spend a lot of time in the mountains. HHA has held up well, and I'm still impressed with its durability and how easy it is to sight in.
Trophy Ridge Clutch is what I'm using. But have heard nothing but good things about HHA. The only reason I got the TR instead of HHA was because I got a really good deal on it.
I have the HHA DS-5519 on one bow and the KingPin on the other bow. Both are great sights. Bright pins and easy to setup. I like the Kingpin he most because of all the added features.
Love mine. Just went to it this year with my new bow. Less to look at and pin is quite bright. I figured out I can leave mine set at 33 yards and be 2 inches high at 20 yards, dead on at 30 yards and about 4 inches low at 40 yards. I'm happy with being low at 40 because deer will drop at the shot and it should be dead on.
I used to only be able to shoot up to about 40 yards accurately with a multi pin, Once I bought my HHA I'm shooting insanely tight groups out to 80 yards
Lot of HHA fans out there, had an optimizer that was on my E35 for a year, when I sold it my wife took it over... Awesome sight for the money. I'm still shooting the Ol' Spot Hogg however. I'd still take either.
Very high quality product. I almost bought one. In the end, I went with the Trophy Ridge React V5 because I don't like the idea of hunting with a single pin. The V5 gives 5 pins with a sight profile similar to a single pin. I'm not content with a single pin setting and just accepting that the arrow will hit high or low. Two to four inches could be the difference between a heart shot and a miss or a double lung and a spine shot. If I'm going to gap aim a hold a pin high or low, I prefer to have two pins to use as reference. These are my opinions and ramblings. I know there are are lot of people here that shoot very successfully with a single pin. If I were to try a single pin, it would most likely be a HHA due to the following it has here.
I shot HHA for years but I would say the Axcel accutouch is the best single pin on the market right now. That is just my opinion though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I am using both of mine for hunting. The cool thing with these sights are the Accuclicks. I have a sight tape but I set the clicks as well. Now if a deer walks in I can move to a different yardage by feel. Also if rain or anything else messes your tape up it doesn't matter you still have the accuclicks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Here are both of my girls and both of them shoot great. Most people have a back up bow. I have equal bows. I love them both the same and I hunt with one one week and the other the next Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
