I've gotten pretty crafty at camouflaging my cameras after having a couple stolen

You might try posting this on the “theohiooutdoors.com" web site?

    You may get some results?

Out of curiosity, what would make you think his rifle is not legal?

The only rifles allowed for hunting in Ohio have to be straight walled cartridges

How do you know he's a poacher? Looks like he's not worried about being seen. Looking at your camera. I'm guessing he wondered too far?

playing devils advocate here. 1 did he kill something illegally as poaching implies the illegal taking of game, and 2 how do you know he's the one who took your stand? Just sayin. Those are the questions I would ask if I were the warden looking into this.

Depending on state law he may not even be a trespasser depending on posting requirements for private property.

He may be nothing more than a lost coyote hunter who donned his blaze orange to be safe while making a few stands during deer season.

    ;)

2 years ago we posted no trespassing signs all around the property. So let me get your way of thinking right, so if someone is criminally trespassing with the intent to harvest game of any kind no matter what he's wearing with a weapon and because he's a sorry hunter with zero luck your considering them not a poacher? So all those wardens are in the wrong when they arrest someone spot lighting deer and shooting at them but don't actually kill one, that makes them not poachers? Is this what you are implying

For a small fee I'll imply lots of stuff to a jury...

Hope the wardens catch him. Since the crimes in question are misdomenaors they better getem and charge em before the SOL runs.

Apparently you are here for the wrong reasons, antagonizing and instigating. I don't know what they teach you at UK but you might want to take morals 101 class and maybe even spelling. Clearly it seems you might be trying to pursue a career as a lawyer and at that point you've already lost your soul. Even tho it's a misdemeanor they leave with a fine and a track record. It also deters them from it happening again.
