Oneida Co. Have seen no signs of rut other than it appears does have kicked their fawns. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I agree with you current observation of scrapes beginning, sparing, but buck still in a bed to food pattern.
Trempealeau Co. Young bucks are pushing does harder. Mature buck sightings are increasing! Sent from my arrow using Mathews
MARQUETTE COUNTY - Seen 3 does go into the swamp, bucks bedding area. 5 minutes later, the big buck came out and chased the does around for 15 minutes before going back to its bed area. The chase wasn't aggressive. Other than that, very few rubs.
Marathon Co. Three scrapes and one rub found in about 20 yards on my public land spot. No deer to go with them. One scrape was 20 yard from where I pulled the boat into shore. Wonder if I can attach the ground blind to the boat. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sheboygan Co. saw a couple rubs and a scrape on Thursday, came back Friday and saw a couple fresh rubs that had occurred within the last 24 hrs. Rattled in two small bucks at about 30 min before dark, and they sparred and ran off. Its been pretty warm down here, so the woods are still pretty green and dense. I would think things are going to start picking up later this week when the temperatures start to drop further.
Vernon Co there have been a few scrapes showing up over the last couple weeks. All bigger deer are during darkness. This week after the rain could be interesting as bucks freshen scrapes.
Southeastern WI, seeing increase in scrape/rub activity. Haven't seen any bucks on the hoof so far. Still a lot of corn up but seems like it's coming down fast.
Lincoln county, the doe's are kicking their fawns out. Car kill should start ramping up with the yearlings looking for new territories. Haven't seen much buck chasing yet. Soon, very soon though.
Sauk County. I got trail cam pics as early as late September of two mature bucks sparring. Also have gotten a handful of smaller bucks in day time pics but the big boys still at night only. Also have seen no scrapes or rubs.
POLK COUNTY: saw bucks chasing does on three occasions this weekend, including a 130 class 8 pointer, that I watched from my truck as he chased a huge doe all along the edge of my property. Thankfully they left after 5 minutes to run back into my woods, instead of crossing the road. This next 10 days should be awesome!
Walworth County: I have started getting buck pics during daylight hours. Nothing big, few small 6s and few basket rack 8s. Pics at 8:30 am and 5:45 pm. No shooters yet.
Jefferson Co. Had nice 9pt 120" - 130" come through tonight scent checking a doe bedding area. Sent from my arrow using Mathews
Marquette county - scrapes and rubs everywhere. Last Wed seen a monster 8pt chasing and dogging a doe. Last thursday seen a small 8 grunting and chasing 2 does that were not interested. Tonight I saw 3 bucks on the move between 430-5:15. The biggest a 1/2 racked decent 8 was on the move. All 3 bucks by themsleves. The next 10 days will be AWESOME hunting
Fond du lac county, just dropped the kids off at school and had 130 class 8 point chase a doe through the parking lot. Sent from my SM-G920R4 using Tapatalk
Waukesha Co. Small fork on the camera during the day but the bigger bucks are still on there around 9 pm - 4 am No daylight for anything besides that fork.
