I know deer make scrapes scrapes later on in the rut but I've seen two or three scrapes come up on the edge of my food plots in the past week. Is this normal? I live in Tennessee.
I've seen 1 scrap so far, earlier than what I would expect but with how this weather is actin I wouldn't doubt we may have an early rut
Yeah I wasn't sure if that was deer already getting ready for the rut or young bucks making scrapes just to do it
As stated above, bucks will scrape year round. With that being said, it seems scrape action is heavier this September compared to others in the past.
Found a scrape tonight when putting out a few more trail cameras. So I put cam to face my salt lick as well as the scrape.
I have but then I am forcing them to make scrapes so its not odd for me to see scrapes where I want them in Sept.
Yea we have a few here in Wisconsin already. .it's a first for me..I don't usually start seeing these until October Sent from my SM-G900R4 using Tapatalk
