You're definitely gonna need to add more detail to this and prob even some pics in order to get some honest opinions.

Shoot the bow, If it feels good and you shoot well with it then keep it.

If you shoot it and you don't feel comfortable then go trade it in on something else.

great bow if you ask me....shoot it and see how you like it, after all your the only one that can make that decision. I don't think you'll be disappointed though. What were you shooting before this? Whats on it in terms of accessories? Pics???

That depends on lots of things. Number one is what you intend to do with it. :) The bow itself was a decent model and more than useful in capable hands.

Had a z7extreme and I was extremely dissapointed with it. Smoot draw but far far from fast.

I shot this bow and it was what made me buy my Heli-m...great draw cycle and a great bow IMO. How fast were you expecting it to be out of curiosity?? Its IBO is 332 fps and the one I shot was shooting about a 420 +/- grain arrow at 280+ I believe @71lbs. Speed isn't everything in a hunting bow. Was it just the speed that bothered you?

Yes I know speed isn't everything and I don't mean that it's slow. It just wasn't what I expected it to be. I had a Marquette by diamond befor the z7 and I was getting 315 out of it and it's ibo claimed 325. So I had in my mind that the Mathews since they are supposedly so great would be closer to it's ibo than that. The bow it's self was a very comfortable smooth quiet shooting bow but I guess it just ruined my attitude for it when I cronoed it.

I am still shooting and hunting my Z7, so to me it would be with keeping, but like most things it is more how it feels and shoots for you.

I love my Z7 Xtreme. IMO it's the best bow that I've ever owned.

I have a Z7 Magnum that I will NEVER get rid of. The Z7 Series of Mathews bows were the best ever made IMO.

my Z7 is my favorite bow I have ever owned. I have several newer bows since, but still enjoy this bow most ever for hunting.
