I don't know...I'm usually a Caucasian sort of guy but I might try it once.

Sorry, it's late and I couldn't help myself. As far as the product, I have like four totes full of sheds, I'll never waste money on a fake set of antlers to rattle around.

Well see that's why I said screw it and bought a set. I have always used the real deal and had what some would call good luck with it but after so long a set of sheds start to lose there"pop" they get tha almost calky look and feel and just don't sound tha same. And tha last set I retired even had cracks show up through out the main beams. So I though what tha hey "IF" they sound as good as the sales pitch claims and if they'll last as long too they will be worth the money. And there's that thought that's in my he's that two full racks have to sound more real than two half racks. I mean I don't even think I would go to see to half rack bucks duke it out.......

This brings to mind a scene from the movie, "Jeremia Johnson" where JJ and the old trapper were stalking an elk using their horses for cover and JJ asks, "What if he sees our feet?" the old man said, "Elk don't know how many feet a horse has."

Used mine the past few years and have no complaints, IMO when it comes to rattling, I believe the deer aren't as spooked as a real set of antlers just because real ones do crack against each other somewhat sharp loud. The Black rack however has claimed some fingertips before.

Got the black rack last year....after my first couple times using them...I blind called a young buck to about 30 yards. Came right in on a string, nose to ground looking for what was going on. I was pretty amazed! It works, but just like all other calls real shed antlers, racks bags, etc...they dont always respond to calls...but when they do its awesome!

I still use a rattle bag. Occasionally I will use an old set of antlers but it's too bulky and sounds about the same.

I have a set of antlers I've used for the past 10 years and they're still like new. I soak the bases in mineral oil each year prior to using them. Like stated earlier they don't always work but when they do it's amazing.
