Battle of the States Contest

Anyone else from the West interested in Tynimiller's http://forums.bowhunting.com/2014-bowhunting-com-deer-contest/63095-battle-states.html contest?

 

I would have signed up but I don't have 12 months on the site.

 

I would love to but I didn't draw a deer tag.

 

I'll represent the West with the Midwest boys.

I know that the contest was tynimiller's idea and his set up. Have you signed up for the main contest?

 

It is an attempt to weed out so many signups of people that join the forum at contest opening and then never post or contribute to either the forum or their team. The thought being that members that have committed to steady membership and posts are likely to actually participate rather than disappearing as often happens in the regular contest.

 

Two of my sons got tags maybe I could do it through them

 

If you can sign up for the contest go for it. If you can't, like me, just post pics of the bucks you kill. The more pics we post of good west coast bucks will show them midwest boys how it's done out here!

 

I believe sign ups for the BOTS is done, but you can still rep the west in the main contest!

 

I'll represent the west forever! Contest or not, I'll talk, post picks and have a lot of fun. What's the "main event"? Do you have to sign up? I'm still new here when it comes to the contest stuff.

 

Yeah. If you go to the 2014 Deer Contest section, there are the rules and sign up thread. The contest is what made me join in 2012, and I had a blast getting to know some of the guys here.
