    I can't wait to eat something tomorrow morning... For almost 3 days nothing but water and fruit juice.. my pee is clear as spring water now..lol

    detox the body of the many impurities you dump into it on a daily basis.. I have other reasons as well.....

    believe it or not have really not been hungry and just got back from a 3 mile walk..

    There are mainly reasons to fast besides the one I listed.. doing a lot of reading and meditating as well..

    biblical fast is on my list it's a little harder. The Daniel fast is good though not a true fast, water fruits and veggies... A hardcore fast is just water don't think I am ready for that..

    Usually only three days..anymore more then that is not real healthy although people will do it...
