    My wife is out with the kids and said they are stopping for dinner so I am on my own tonight. Started looking and decided on breakfast for dinner tonight with wheat toast, over easy eggs and cream chipped beef :)

    Nope I had pancakes too many time for supper as a kid. My go to is a salad if not a normal supper.

    Is that SOS with a egg on top?! And to answer the op we had breakfast for dinner tonight, probably do once every two weeks or at least when I cook.

    Once a week growing up. Was always my favorite meal of the week. Now that I'm older and slowly attempting to eat healthier, I don't eat breakfast food very often. At least not the good version with biscuits and gravy, bacon, etc... lol

    That cream chipped beef looked great! I love that stuff. I'll do breakfast for dinner fairly often, probably once a week or so. I love me some grits and eggs with extra butter, salt and pepper!

    Yep, we call it "Brinner".

    My daughter loves pancakes, so what do you do when your 11 year old daughter asks "Daddy, can you me some Pancakes... Please?"

    Daddy makes his girl some pancakes!


    Before I get any comments about spoiling my daughter, I just have this comment... "I missed enough when I was on Active Duty her first 8 years of her life, I'm digging that I am home 50-51 weeks out of the year!"
