    So... Do you use it?

For the life of me, I cannot understand why people want to hear the most hated sound in the world over and over again...how's by you?

Don't need a snooze, once the dogs hear the alarm go off I have less than 5 minutes to get moving before they start raising a ruckus.

Mt wife does usually two or three times a morning the alarm is on her side. I work from home so I just get up when I get up.... usually after the second snooze..

we don't use a buzz alarm it's on 104.7 the fish which is the faith based music radio station here in ATL..

I don't even like using the alarm clock. 95% of the time when I do, I wake up 6 or 7 times before it goes off.

This will probably change in the near future :busted:

Like a drum for me. Usually I hit the snooze at least twice. I hate getting up. Feels really good to lay right back down.

The alarm clock is on my husband's side of the bed. He doesn't use the snooze button. I almost always wake up on my own, an hour or so before he does. We go to bed at the same time. (We like to go to bed before we get sleepy. I recommend it.) I take a nap during the day so I don't have to sleep as long at night. I nap for an hour or two every afternoon. I have a little pillow and a blanket at the lab. If I'm there, I just curl up on the floor in a corner and sleep for an hour or two. People thought it was weird at first, but they've gotten used to it.

I couldn't vote because I do something a bit different. I use my cell phone and I purposely set 2 alarms, 5 minutes apart. That's how I roll.

My alarm is across the room. I still hit the snooze button 5 times each morning. I get up, hit the snooze, then crawl back in bed for 9 minutes.

    My wife hates it.

you should get one of those alarms that you have to chase around the room to shut off, there are a couple different versions one has small tires the other looks like a magic 8 ball but they both roll around till you catch them..lol

I hit the snooze every once in awhile usually I get up when the alarm goes off the first time. My wife on the oher hand will hit it 4 or 5 times and then she wonders why she is always rushed in the morning. LOL!

We don't have our alarm set to a buzzer ours is tuned to a local classical music station. My wife says she likes to wake up to something pleasant not a sound that makes her want to beat somebody......so classical it is!

I can't remember the last time I used an alarm clock. My internal clock goes off at 4:45 every morning. Which actually sucks a lot of times when I could get more sleep and don't need to be up that early. And there is no easing into waking up. My brain turns on and starts going 1000mph. Is there a brain snooze?

Great minds think alike - Exactly what I do as well.

What is really weird is I will get up after my 2nd alarm, take my shower, get dressed, do my daily push ups, feed the cats/dogs, start my car, and then go lay back down for 5-10 minutes.

No idea why I do it... But I just do.

Alarm is set on my phone for 5:30, snooze to 5:35 and again till 5:40. Some mornings I'm ready at 5:40, others I go one more time to 5:45. Never past that though.

Our admin assistant is that way and I consider her clinically insane for it. Or maybe just nuttier than a fruit cake.
