I like Rex and find it weird that where ever he goes the QB situation is in disarray, when he was in Baltimore as DC they had horrible QB play, his last season there they had Troy Smith playing...then he goes to NY and has Sanchez (who actually wasn't as bad as the press made him out to be) then he had Geno Smith (who for all probable cause is the 2nd worse QB in the NFL behind the guy the Cards threw out there for their last several games)...now if he gets the Bills gig they have a QB issue, Manuel is just as bad as Smith, so he will once again have a rookie at QB imho....but in Buffalo he would have a awesome Defense to work around....I actually like Rex and I bet he's a ball to play for from a players view

ESPN is reporting that Greg Roman may be a possibility for offensive coordinator at Buffalo

I thought he'd go with the Rams as OC and stay in division and face the 9ers twice.....

I figured he was a lock for Atlanta since there is a stable quarterback there. In the era of instant gratification, I'm not sure why he'd pick a spot where there is no QB.

I agree. It is strange. I think it's a bad hire for the Bills. Already have a solid defense in place. They need offensive minded people and help. I see it as very similar to the Jets situation with probably very similar results.

Tony I feel sorry for you. It looked like things were starting to get turned around there. I would not want him as our coach, he seems more worried about being a loud mouth so people notice him just like his Dad when he was a head coach.

I think Rex will be different in Buffalo not dealing with NYC media.

Our media, while not as bad as NYC, is pretty rough on head coaches....that's one of the reasons the dooshbag before him left

Well then Rex is experienced with the worst so he can handle it. Any buddy hear what they are going to pay that fat tub of shat?

I'm not sure how Ryan will do in Buffalo but if he gets the right OC and can figure out the QB question mark they can build on the offense and they already have a decent defense to work with already. Buffalo can stop the run so if they draft the pieces to protect the pass they can be a dangerous team within a few years. I am personally really annoyed with the Browns, drafting Manziel has proven to be the mistake I said it would be. All the talk about executives pushing for him to start when Shanahan and the QB coach clearly didn't think he was ready and all the micromanaging, Cleveland will never be fixed so long as the top dogs in the front office boss the coaches around. They force them to put in certain players and run certain plays and if you don't or say you didn't agree in doing it you are shown the door. It's a culture that needs to change.

    Here we go Tony...
I just hope the new OC has a "KILLER" mentality and the head office can get us a 'Hard-Nosed' Quarterback.
    We just gotta' Billeeeve!

    Rex's record as HC
    9-7
    11-5
    8-8
    6-10
    8-8
    4-12

One legitimate playoff season (9-7 typically doesnt do it) yet he gets gobbled up immediately. I dont quite get that one.

Oh Tony, this isn't going to end well for the Bills. I certainly don't understand why anyone would hire him as a head coach at this point. I think his record speaks for it's self.
