I can tolerate him better than Dennis Miller calling MNF but not by much. He calls a lot of SF Niner games too with Troy Aikman. Half the time I watch the game on mute.
As a Royals fan, I want to seek him out and kick him in the nuts. Over and Over and Over and Over and Over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am pretty sure Joe Buck is the root of all evil. I can't stand him but he is better than Mike Goldberg. It was painful to listen to him do the play by play. Bridgewater to Golden Tate? Come on man
I don't have a problem with him. But I don't have a problem with most sports announcers. I do think Thom Brennaman is much much much better and one of the best. How he doesn’t have a bigger gig is beyond me.
He's annoying, he talks over the game way too much. He clearly was homing for the Giants this World Series. If the Royals made a good play, he talked about the Giants, if the Giants made a good play he reveled in it. How he is the best Fox could come up with is beyond me. He's horrible in the NFL and worse in Baseball I usually don't worry about who is announcing the game, but I couldn't get past him this WS. He stripped the enjoyment out of the game for. He's just a plain pompous *** that overreacts to every situation and tries to create more drama than is actually there. He's just terrible to listen to. I guess I've never listened to it that intently to notice... I usually just pay attention to the game.
I think he does a fine job. One of the best in the business if you ask me. I listened to him praise the Royals when they did things well and the same for the Giants. He knows the game and calls it how he sees it. Last night was a prime example. Panik made an outstanding play in a huge part of the game. Why not talk about it. Also Bumgarner was the best player in the entire playoffs so it wouldn't matter who was calling the game nationally because he would have been talked about. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The only announcer I can't stand is Gruden. He will be obsessed with one player the whole game or drop football language like "Y Banana".
