What is your favorite alcoholic drink at deer camp? I'm a fan of whiskey on the rocks while setting around a fire. Club specials are good also when its a little hot, vodka, lime juice, sprite, and club soda.
jimbeam honey on the rocks and a camp favorite for everyone else is the gin and tonic but ill stick to my whiskeys.
have you tried a whiskey called elijah craig? It taste very good and finishes well. It is also affordable at around 18 dollars around here.
I'm not a big drinker to begin with, I can take an 18 pack of beer up deer hunting and most likely come back with a few beers, however, after dinner when we are relaxing or playing cards, a nice Drambuie on the rocks goes down so smooth !!!!
I too am not a big drinker. But I can always have one or two Captain and 7-Ups. Tastes like cream soda!
This is kind of a depressing subject right now. I always look forward to sitting around camp drinking beer, but since I've started training I've pretty much cut beer out of my diet so I won't be doing that this year. Well, at least not until after December 6th.
If it's real cold out I like SoCo and hot apple cidar. Other than that it's captain and cokes or miller lite Sent from my HTC VLE_U using Tapatalk 2
Nothing like a bottle of "oh dear god" and a few cans of red bull. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I537 using Tapatalk
I always liked straight vodka or Jack back when I experimented with options. Don't touch any of it and haven't since college.
Deer camp usually consisted of Kessler or George ****el whiskey and occasionally Lamb's Navy Rum. These are for relax sipping or shots after a kill. The rest of the trip is cheap beer just to keep it simple.
if im sitting around a fire, I prefer a glass of scotch, no rocks with only 4 drops of water. If im up there doing work its bud light
Beer I just found out about. Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale. Amber ale with a bourbon kick at the end. It's really good.
