No, not with each other. We're splitting with Internet Explorer. We both got tired of having to wait for what seems like forever while the ads load on any website, including this one. My husband said I could give Google Chrome a shot and it works much better. You can start scrolling down to the forums you want before the ads load. It's the same with other news sites, etc. But you'll miss all those ads for stuff you don't want
Google Chrome is the best browser out there. They keep their plugins up to date and the browser itself is pretty easy to use.
I have download speeds of 5.8Mbps and an upload speed of 3.7Mbps, is that good? Bad? Average? There is no cable here, I have a little dish that is pointed at a tower on the top of a nearby mountain. :D Anyhow, I'm still using IE without much problem (I guess). I tried FF and didn't like it at all. My husband's laptop has Chrome and it has all sorts of issues... tho' I'm guessing it's really his computer more than the browser. For now, I'm happy in the stone age.
We actually prefer the layout and functions of IE. And Google Chrome doesn't appear to be noticeably faster. The complaint is that IE makes you wait until it has displayed all the ads before you can get to the content. Google Chrome lets you get to the content and loads the ads while you're viewing what it was you came to the site to see.
Youre just a few years behind with the times. Get a thing called adblocker, especially on AT, not on here so much, it blocks pop ups and ads
