Does taking a multi vitamin have to taste like licking the bottom of my mower deck?!?!?!?! What is in those things alfalfa? That is all.......
The doctor I work for actually has his patients (all ages) take Flinstone Vitamins...I take the princess gummies, lol.
I don't think you have to chew them. I took the prenatal vitamins while I was pregnant and nursing. I just swallowed them with a glass of water.
Ya.... its this lil thing called a wife, who for what ever reason WILL NOT leave me alone about stupid vitamins. Oh and I never said anything about chewing them????? The damn smell alone is nasty.
I know this is pretty gross, but applicable. I had a guy that works at the sewer treatment plant tell me that the strainer gets filled up with multi-vitamins that look just like they did when they left the bottle. I have also read the same thing. It seems that some brands don't dissolve and do absolutely nothing for you. That is not to say that they are all bad. Probably why some Dr.'s recommend a chewable.
By the way, beer has a lot of natural ingredients and is full of vitamins. At least that's what I tell myself. So, why not have your wife meet you at the door with a nice cold one every night when you come home from work.
I have these chewable vitamins the wife gets that have the strong taste of iron. In fact it's so strong that I'm surprised my gut hasn't rusted out. But there came a time I had a choice, either listen to the wife continue to nag about them, or start taking one a day to take that topic off the nag list. I chose the shorter nag list.
