Can we wait until the Army finishes their investigation before making anymore judgments? Let the Army determine whether he acted appropriately when wearing the Army uniform or not and then let the cards fall where they may.
Yea, innocent until proven guilty. We preach it, but more often than not, when we feel someone is guilty we want them locked away. Anyways, don't think bergdahl is having a nice day at work, everyone in the army knows about him.

Also he can't forget his MRT, Weapons qual, PT test, POV inspection, INFOSEC, Accident Avoidance, and Risk Assessment! Oh! His Medpros are red, his shot card is outdated by five years, and his GAT is red. And all by COB today."

JPEL is not classified but its definition is...I dont mean to sound all weird about it but I'm not at liberty to discuss. Hes a super ****** though for sure....
While watching the news the other day and seeing some activists fighting for different causes I disgustedly and sarcastically said this kind of scenario from that article is going to start happening the way society is headed. It's only inevitable that it's going to keep building to worse. Too much has turned into extremes and pushing limits, which soon is the accepted norm then there is new extremes and pushing limits. I'm not an all knowing my way is the only way kinda person, and I'd rather not get into each aspect of the cases, but i don't agree with some to most of the current "freedoms" being opened up now days, some for the process and what it leads to, and some for what it is.
