I just received a call from my son and was informed that the doctor has decided that my grandson cannot wait for his due date and they are inducing labor to get him here to play with Papa. I ask that you not only pray for Lindsay, Mike and the baby, but also to get us all strength as we go through the waiting. Thank you.

I have a granddaughter already. With this one, my DIL went in for a checkup and the dr told her they are inducing tomorrow. Son is not talking as to why this came out of the blue when she is not due for another week on her second child.
i know its a stressful time ive also been there. my first daughter was born at 26 weeks due to complications. she weighed 2lbs. 6ounces. this year she will be turning 5 and couldnt be healthier. technology and doctor knowledge have come a long way and im sure everything will be just fine. i will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Congrats and I'm sure baby will be fine. Both our girls were early. In fact I almost missed the first one. Labor only a little over an hour. Second one was a little over an hour and a half. Miriam was 4 pounds, one ounce and Michelle was four pounds four ounces. Both are perfectly healthy.
